The TF03 IP67 Long Range LiDAR Sensor, the third generation in the TF series, builds on the cost-efficiency and integration strengths of its predecessors with improvements across more than ten critical performance metrics. Featuring enhanced functionality and a highly mature design, it adapts to various applications including drones, intelligent transportation, and security alert systems.

1x TF03 LiDAR Module (UART)
The TF03 features a unique optical system and signal processing circuit design, which enhances ranging performance while maintaining a compact size. In addition to a range exceeding one hundred meters, key parameters such as accuracy and detection frame rate also perform excellently across the entire range. There is also a custom version without an outer shell that is lighter (10 g) and smaller (31.0 mm × 30.2 mm × 19.2 mm). For detailed specifications, please consult Benewake customer service.
TF03 LiDAR has a shell made of aluminum alloy and infrared band-pass glass to improve the overall strength and long-term reliability in various conditions. For functionality, multiple interfaces like UART, CAN, RS-232, RS-485 and 4 - 20mA are integrated into this long-distance LiDAR to enable robust real-time data exchange, crucial for accuracy and safety in vehicle collision avoidance, assisted takeoff, and landing of UAV and traffic flow analysis.
Customized Operation Mode
According to the usage scenario, users can customize multiple parameters of the TF03, such as output frame rate, baud rate, trigger mode, and over-range threshold. It also features a built-in BootLoader function, allowing users to conveniently upgrade the product firmware locally.
